With over
4,200 square foot of living space, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12, ideal for friends and family to share. Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

The main level of the property features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a large breakfast bar perfectly designed to entertain. The adjacent dining area seats 6 people with additional breakfast bar seating. In addition, the sprawling Great Room offers elegant hardwood floors, a large stone fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows offering spectacular aspen glade views.

This residence includes housekeeping services on alternate days for stays 4 nights or longer. Beds are made, trash is removed, bathrooms are cleaned, towels refreshed, the kitchen is attended to and all surfaces & faucets are left sparkling. Please note evening turndowns or services on major Holidays are not included. Our guests receive attentive, personalized service from time of booking until after your departure. You will be allocated a dedicated Personal Concierge to assist with planning each aspect of your getaway.

Notes

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, or if you cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit for the entire duration of the original reservation, 80% of the total reservation amount will be refunded. The total amount of the payments received will be forfeited if you cancel within 30 days of arrival and we are unable to re-book the unit or you will be reimbursed through travel insurance provided you purchased coverage and the reason of cancellation is one of the covered reasons under the policy. Major Holiday bookings are non-refundable without insurance being

purchased and it must be for a covered reason.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note that while the property manager does their best to confirm the specific vacation home you originally reserved, in the event that the home is damaged, is sold, is rendered untenable, or becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control, the property manager shall

use their best efforts to find comparable alternative accommodations and the rental guest shall be required to pay all rent due hereunder.

All properties are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted at any property unless written authorization is provided by the property manager. Violation of these policies may result in

additional fines or removal from the property per the policies of the property manager.

Lodging rates are based on the maximum occupancy of the residence, and extra person charges

may apply if this occupancy is exceeded or additional guests may be evicted as a matter of course.

All properties observe a standard check-in time as stated above. In order to ensure that your accommodations are adequately prepared, early check-ins cannot be guaranteed. Should your plans call for arrival prior to check-in time, the property manager may be able to arrange storage of luggage and changing facilities. Please contact the property or your Personal Travel Designer prior to arrival to plan accordingly. All properties observe a standard check-out time as listed above. Late departures cannot be guaranteed by any properties and may result in additional fees.

It is also understood that damages or missing items belonging to the property, caused by my party or myself during our stay, are my responsibility. A charge can be placed on the card provided at the time of booking by the Property Manager for damages caused by the negligence or carelessness of the guests. General wear and tear on the property is not considered “damages” as, for example, a broken wine glass.

Please be aware that this booking is subject to the Rules & Regulations of the Property Manager & HOA for this property.
