This Slopeside, Platinum, 1st floor Condo offers a Wood-burning Fireplace, a Chef’s Kitchen with double ovens, four (4) Guest Suites, each with an attached bathroom, two (2) with King-size Beds, the 3rd with two twin size beds, and the 4th is a true bunk room with two (2) sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 additional twin beds and a trundle bed (sleeps 7 in this room)!
Additional features include a game room, minibar area, washer/dryer, underground parking for one vehicle and easy access to the slopes from the private ski locker room. Guests will appreciate marvelous views of Haymeadow run, Beaver Creek Village and Strawberry Park from the furnished deck, and enjoy walking to Beaver Creek Village, complimentary resort shuttle service and use of an outdoor pool and hot tubs. Please note from April 5, 2021 – November 20, 2021 the Highlands Lodge will be completing some building improvements (new roof, windows and siding). As a result the Highlands Lodge pool, hot tubs and front desk will be closed and guests will check in at Kiva Front Desk. We are happy to extend a 10% Construction Discount during these dates.

On the patio off the great room, guests can relax in one of the two slopeside hot tubs. Please note that there is no air conditioning in these vacation residences. McCoy Peak Lodge is just a short, six-minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Beaver Creek Village. Complimentary Village Transportation shuttle is available to take guests anywhere within Beaver Creek Resort. Guests receive full concierge services.
